The Energy System is a very simple principle, and this principle of energy is applied in almost every part of the human body and this includes our mind. The body is a network of energy and these networks are made up of cells.
There is a limit to the energy which we can create for the body and there is a limit to the energy which we can draw from the environment and it is the Energy System that is responsible for the flow of energy throughout the body. Our system will always have an energy limit and as this limit is exceeded the energy starts to increase. In order to overcome these limits, you have to increase your energy flow in order to continue to receive the energy that is needed by the cells within your body.
When the body is operating at a high rate of energy then the cells within the body will use energy to produce the proteins and enzymes that are required to maintain the health of the cells within the body. As the cells begin to break down and die they will release their energy in the form of heat and as the body is operating at a high rate of energy it will be necessary to remove the excess heat and this in turn allows the cells to produce oxygen, which is the process which allows the cells to repair themselves. This is the basic purpose of the Energy System and this is why it is essential to allow the cells in the body to operate at a high rate of efficiency.
The cells within the body will be able to absorb energy from the environment in a number of different ways but in order for these cells to perform at the highest possible level the energy will need to be increased. The human body is capable of producing energy at a high rate of efficiency but the problem lies in the fact that when the body starts to produce more than the energy that is required, the body’s system will have to work harder to compensate for the excess energy.
The increased level of energy produced by the body is not actually being used by the cells within the body but rather the extra energy that is produced by the cells is stored in the form of excess energy. The excess energy can be channeled into other energy systems where it can be used to create the energy required for other processes within the body such as the production of heat or the production of oxygen.
When the excess energy is stored in the form of a high energy system, it will not be needed at any time and it is in this state that the energy system is called upon to create the energy that will be required to supply the body with its needs. In this way the body will not have an excess energy supply and as it has not been utilised, the body will not need to use energy. to maintain a constant energy flow.
The amount of energy that your body has available at any given moment depends on the energy flows which have been created by the Energy System and these energy flows are the primary factors which affect the rate at which your body operates. When the energy system becomes sluggish the body will have an increased rate of energy flow but if the system is not operating at a high rate then the body will not have enough energy for the body to function. A poor energy system can result in a lack of activity by the body and also a slowing down of the process which is required to keep the system running smoothly.
If the energy that your body produces is less than the energy that the body needs to maintain an active body then it will be necessary for the energy system to draw energy from the environment to bring it back to a reasonable level. In doing this the excess energy will need to be channeled to a lower power source in order to return the energy to the body so that it can be used.
